Boomarang Diner “Duck Collection” Promotion

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The Boomarang Diner’s “Duck Collection” Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and representatives of BOOM-A-RANG Diners, Inc. (“Sponsor”), including individual restaurant location owners, operators, and team members, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. Sponsor

BOOM-A-RANG Diners, Inc., 2330 N. Harrison St., Shawnee, OK 74804 (“Sponsor”).

3. Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Receipt of a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

4. Timing

The Promotion begins on July 17, 2026, and ends on August 17, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s records shall be the official timekeeping records for purposes of the Promotion.

5. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter:

Purchase a Collectible Duck: During the Promotion Period, purchase a sealed, collectible rubber duck (“Duck”) at a participating Boomarang Diner location, while supplies last, for a suggested price of $5.99 plus tax. Ducks are randomly distributed within each participating location’s inventory and are individually sealed so that the contents are not visible or otherwise identifiable prior to purchase. There are five different Duck designs. Only a Duck having the hamburger design is a potential winner. If the Duck design indicates a win (hamburger shape), it will include a unique code and prize claim instructions. All potential winners must complete the online prize claim process described in Section 7 below and are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded.

Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without making a purchase, legibly print your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, and date of birth on a single sheet of paper, and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to: Boom-a-rang Diner Duck Collection, 2330 N. Harrison St., Shawnee, OK 74804. Limit one (1) entry per envelope. All mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than August 17, 2026, and received no later than August 24, 2026. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or postage-due, each of which will be disqualified. Eligible mail-in entries will be entered into a random drawing as described in Section 7 below. Odds of winning via mail-in entry depend on the number of eligible entries received but will be the same as, or better than, the odds of winning by purchasing a Duck at a participating location.

Use of any automated entry system or service to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

6. Winner Verification

All potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding. An entrant is not a winner of any prize, even if a Duck design or mail-in drawing result so indicates, unless and until the entrant has submitted the required code or information through Sponsor’s designated redemption process, the entrant’s eligibility has been verified, and the entrant has been notified that verification is complete. Sponsor will not accept photographs, copies, or other secondary evidence of a winning entry in lieu of its validation process.

7. Winner Selection and Prize Redemption

Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules and requires enrollment in the Boomarang Diners Rewards program through Sponsor’s mobile application, which is free to join. If you are not already a member, you may enroll online or through the Boomarang Diners app.

For Entrants Who Purchase a Winning Duck: A limited number of Ducks containing winning designs and numbers have been randomly distributed among the Ducks made available for purchase at each participating location. If you receive a winning Duck, you must complete Sponsor’s online or in-app claim process no later than August 24, 2026, by entering the unique code from your Duck purchase and confirming your eligibility. Odds of winning depend on the number of Ducks made available for purchase at the entrant’s location.

For Mail-In Entrants: Following the close of the Promotion Period, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible mail-in entries received to award the prizes allocated to mail-in entry. The odds of winning through a mail-in entry will be the same as, or better than, the odds applicable to entrants who purchase a Duck. Sponsor will notify potential winners using the contact information provided on the mail-in entry.

Upon verification, prizes will be loaded into the winner’s Boomarang Diners Rewards account. Failure to complete the required claim process within the time specified will result in forfeiture of the prize.

8. Prize

One (1) Year of Burgers: Each winner will receive credit in their Boomarang Diners Rewards account for one (1) “Old Fashioned” burger per week for fifty-two (52) consecutive weeks, redeemable only at participating Boomarang Diners locations. Each week’s burger credit is valid for that calendar week only and expires automatically, without notice or substitution, at close of business (9:00 p.m. Central Time) each Saturday if unused. Unused weekly credits do not roll over, accumulate, or carry forward. Limit one (1) burger redemption per week per winner. Enrollment in the Boomarang Diners Rewards program is required to receive and redeem the prize.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is based on the then-current menu price of the “Old Fashioned” burger at the time these Official Rules were issued, multiplied by fifty-two (52). Actual value may vary by location and over time, but is approximately $364. Winners will not receive any cash or other compensation for the difference between ARV and actual value, or for any unused or expired weekly credit.

Prizes are non-transferable. No cash or other substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, including substitution of a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes. Limit one (1) prize per person.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, hometown, and statements regarding the Promotion for promotional purposes in any media, without further payment or consideration, unless prohibited by law.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, human error, or any cause beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry or redemption process or otherwise acting in violation of these Official Rules. In no event will more prizes than stated be awarded; if more potential winners are identified than prizes available, Sponsor reserves the right to award the intended number of prizes through a random drawing among valid claims. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or from the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures of any kind, lost or misdirected entries, or unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration Agreement; Class Action Waiver

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating in any way to this Promotion or these Official Rules shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that entrants may assert claims in small claims court if the claims qualify. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration association in effect at the time the arbitration is initiated. Entrant agrees to provide Sponsor with written notice of any dispute at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration to allow an opportunity to resolve the dispute informally. ENTRANT AND SPONSOR EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR PROCEEDING SHALL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY AND NOT AS A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. This Promotion and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

13. Entrant’s Personal Information

Information collected from entrants in connection with this Promotion is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at Sponsor’s website and within the Boomarang Diners mobile application.

14. Winner List

For the names of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Sponsor at the address listed in Section 2 after September 1, 2026. Requests must be received no later than December 1, 2026.
