In honor of that commitment, the Keep Giving Back Foundation was established in 2018.
The mission of the Keep Giving Back Foundation is to positively impact the lives of our employees, customers and the communities we serve.

Boomarang Diner proudly supports Folds of Honor, an organization that provides educational scholarships to the children and spouses of fallen or disabled military service members and first responders.

Meals of Honor
One of our most meaningful initiatives is Meals of Honor. We partnered with the Oklahoma City Thunder and Cannon & Associates to provide lunch to more than 200 veterans at the Oklahoma City VA Health Care System. Our Boomarang food truck was on site serving fresh meals as a small way to say thank you to the men and women who have served our country. It was a simple gesture, but a meaningful opportunity to show our gratitude and connect with heroes in our own backyard.
Supporting the Oklahoma School for the Blind
We are a proud sponsor of the Oklahoma School for the Blind in Muskogee, Oklahoma. This year, we had the honor of attending their annual fundraising dinner and presenting a check in support of their mission. We have partnered with this incredible organization for years and are grateful to be part of such a special community. Supporting students and educators across Oklahoma is at the heart of what we do.
The Boomarang Classic Golf Tournament
This year marked our 7th Annual Boomarang Classic. Each year, we partner with Folds of Honor and the Keep Giving Back Foundation to raise scholarship funds right here in Oklahoma. During the tournament, we had the privilege of presenting a check to a young woman attending the University of Oklahoma on a Folds of Honor scholarship awarded in honor of her father’s military service.
The Boomarang Classic is also our largest fundraising event for the Keep Giving Back Foundation. This past year, we raised our highest total yet, allowing us to pour even more back into the communities we serve.
Oklahoma Food Bank Backpack Program
Every year, Boomarang Diner team members from across the state volunteer with the Oklahoma Food Bank Backpack Program. This incredible program provides meals to children outside of what schools are able to offer, ensuring they have food over weekends and school breaks when they may not know where their next meal is coming from.
This year, our team packed over 20,000 meals, breaking our record from years past. It is one of our favorite company traditions and a powerful reminder of why giving back matters. We are proud to play a small role in helping ensure Oklahoma children have access to the meals they need.
Oklahoma School for the Deaf
Located in Sulphur, Oklahoma, the Oklahoma School for the Deaf has been a valued partner of ours for many years. We recently attended their Homecoming and Senior Night football game to present a check in support of the school. They are an amazing team and community that we are proud to stand behind.
